Jeff is as clueless and air-headed as he seems. He embodies the negative stereotypes of weebs and was expelled from the anime club because he gave them a bad reputation and because he was being creepy towards the girls. His parents were always busy and didn't have time to care for him, yet they were too stingy to hire a caretaker, so they just enabled everything he did and never scolded him for any misdeeds he might have done, instead of helping him improve and reach his true potential. They also noticed that he would stay quiet whenever they gave him a screen, therefore he was given unrestricted Internet access from a very young age. He took a liking into eastern video games and especially anime, and since he lacked any actual role models he started to mimick the typical shounen protagonists, but especially perverted characters. He is ignored by most of his classmates because of this, yet he doesn't really care which is actually okay because he doesn't let that affect him. Also, he considers himself a "cool nerd" but he always gets the worst scores in his class. At least he's got self-esteem. Good for him.

FUN FACTS: Ever since he saw a YouTube tutorial, he dyes some strands of his hair blue with his mother's eyeshadow every day. She gets really pissed because her eyeshadow is expensive, but he's her "special little boy", so she can't really do anything about it.
